¿Cuál es la misión de un museo de arte moderno y contemporáneo ante un escenario como el que estamos viviendo? ¿Cómo rediseñar su funcionamiento de modo tal de dejar en claro que un museo es mucho más que su edificio, sus salas y sus exposiciones? ¿Cuál es el gran rol de los artistas en este momento?
La cuarentena impuesta por el Covid-19 llama al museo a reflexionar y a activarse más allá de sus puertas para responder a las comunidades a las que se debe. El Museo Moderno invitó a distintos artistas, educadores e intelectuales de la cultura a compartir sus obras, creaciones y reflexiones con el fin de echar luz sobre el momento actual para dar su visión sobre el rol del museo hoy y sobre cómo debería ser el museo del futuro.
