Galería Saro León

A contemporary art gallery founded in 1988 as a meeting point and platform for artists from the Canaries, together with others from Latin America, Africa and Europa. Galería Saro León takes part in international art fairs including ARCO, Madrid, FIAC Paris, the Cologne Art Fair, Artissima in Turin, in DFOTO, San Sebastian, Spain; in JustMadrid and in ArtMadrid, Spain, in Seoul Photo, KIAF in Corea, Bienal de la Habana (Cuba) and the photography Biennale in Bamako (Mali).

The gallery is a living active space, a meeting point for the public and the artists with an exciting programme of activities including presentations, lectures, panel debates, performances, concerts, etc. Besides, the gallery will also be producing projects to be presented in other contemporary art venues, and is currently preparing photography books for publications under the umbrella BRH-LEÓN editions.
