CAG[e] Gallery is a space for contemporary visual expressions that are created by students, members of faculty and ‘friends’ of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. Located in Kingston, Jamaica, it is an important space for contemporary artists in the city. The gallery attempts to retain a critical function in challenging the creative energies of students as well as promoting ideas in contemporary Jamaican visual art. The space hosts exhibitions, as well as events such as symposia and seminars.
