Born in 1983 in São Paulo. In the mid-2000s, she moved to Salvador da Bahia, where she started working with performance art, but her work began to gain visibility in 2008. She has participated in group shows such as: Programm Night School, WienFest Wochen, Vienna, Austria 2017; AMOQA, Queer Museum of Art, Athens, Greece 2017; Oficina de Imaginação Política – São Paulo Biennale, São Paulo, 2016; Somos Todos Negros, Galpão Vídeo Brasil, 2017; Exposição Multitudes, Sesc Pompéia, São Paulo, 2015. In many of her performances she discusses the multitude of meanings that colors can take on when placed on her body, such as in Merci beaucoup Blanco (2015/2017), in which she paints her entire body with white paint, turning almost into a sculpture, or in Experimentando o vermelho em dilúvio (2013), when old memories of her poor childhood are updated and color affirms the violent but natural imagery of racism in Brazil and elsewhere.
