New Local Space Group Residency

The New Local Space group residency is a 10 week long incubator awarded to three early career artists who are seeking mentorship as they develop their studio practices. The residency provides 24 hour access to individual studio spaces and shared library with WiFi, a work stipend, mentorship and professional workshops, a cohort of fellow artists to work alongside, administrative support for a public event, an interview on the New Local Space (NLS )podcast. New Local Space Limited (NLS) is an artist-run contemporary visual art initiative that is a non-profit subsidiary of the audio recording studio and production house Creative Sounds Ltd. NLS was founded as a place for visual artists who are making work in dialogue with contemporary issues to experiment with new ideas, collaborate with each other and engage with the public.
