Born in 1985 in the city of São Paulo, where he lives and works. He graduated from the Centro Universitário Belas Artes in São Paulo in 2010, and since then has worked with a variety of media, such as photography, drawing and video. Highlights of his most recent exhibitions include the following solo shows: “Nessa terra, em se plantando, tudo dá” (Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 2015), “Autorretrato em Branco sobre Preto” (Galeria Leme, São Paulo, Brazil, 2015), “Impedimento” (Centro Cultural São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, 2014) and “Em Exposição” (Sesc, São Paulo, Brazil, 2013). He has participated in group exhibitions such as “Totemonumento” (Galeria Leme, São Paulo, Brazil, 2016), “10TH Bamako Encounters” (National Museum, Bamako, Mali, 2015), “Empresa Colonial” (Caixa Cultural, São Paulo, Brazil, 2015) and “Tatu: futebol, adversidade e cultura da caatinga” (MAR – Rio Art Museum, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 2014). He has work in the public collections of the Pinacoteca of the State of São Paulo and the MAR – Rio Art Museum. He was one of the winners of the 2017 edition of Marcantonio Vilaça, Brazil’s top art prize.
